AEROPRESS
Produces a punchy strongly flavoured coffee, with the mouthfeel of a double-shot Americano.
Notes: Dark chocolate, oak, burnt toffee
Kopi: 15g
Water: 255g @ 90˚C
Kit: AeroPress (inverted), AeroPress Stirrer

Filter Prep:
Rinsed with hot water
Time: 2-3 minutes
Time: 2-3 minutes
- Add Nanyang Kopi Powder to inverted Aeropress, top up with 30g water and stir 10 times
- Bloom / Saturate for 30 seconds
- Pour 150g hot water, stir 10 times
- Steep for 30 seconds
- Stir once more and place cap with filter into position
- Turn over, place over your cup and plunge slowly for 45 seconds
- Dilute with 75g water to serve black. Add less water when serving with milk (evaporated or condensed provides the most traditional flavour)
- Add sugar to taste.
N.B.
- Over steeping leads to a more bitter brew. Keep an eye on the timing.
